Also the picturesque market towns of Machynlleth and Llanidloes are only a short drive away. Newtown is close by and in a little over forty minutes you can be at the coast and visit the beautiful fishing village of Aberdovey with its excellent golf course. the historic towns of chester and shrewsbury are within easy reach with their olde worlde charm and excellent shopping facilities. There is plenty to keep yourself occupied.
